• 3.1 Payment Due Date: Payment terms vary by service type. Corporate/Event services require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date, with the balance due [X] days prior to the first transfer date.


• 3.2 No-Show Policy: If a Client or passenger fails to meet the chauffeur after the defined grace period (Section 4.3), the entire booking cost is non-refundable.

• 4.1 Chauffeur Authority: The Chauffeur retains the sole authority to determine the most direct and safest route.


• 4.2 Flight/Train Delays and Liability: The Company monitors all carrier arrival times. No extra charge applies for delays due to the carrier, but the Company is not liable for any consequential damages or costs resulting from delays outside our control (traffic, weather, etc.).


• 4.3 Passenger Waiting Time: Complimentary waiting time is provided as follows: [X] minutes for non-airport/port pickups; [X] minutes for port/rail pickups; [X] minutes for airport pickups (from actual arrival time).

• 5.1 Private Transfer Cancellation: As passenger transport services for a specific date are generally exempt from the right of withdrawal under Greek consumer law, cancellations must adhere strictly to this policy. For a full refund, notice must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Applicable refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of approval.


• 5.2 Event/Charter Cancellation: Cancellations are governed by the specific terms of the service contract. The initial deposit is non-refundable.

• 6.1 Safety and Liability: The Client is responsible for the conduct of all passengers. Any damage caused to the vehicle will be billed to the Client. The Company's liability for lost or damaged luggage and personal effects is limited to €[Insert specific Euro limit] per passenger or per claim.


• 6.2 GDPR and Privacy Policy: Use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how TransferGate processes and protects your personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens, Greece.
